Anushka Sharma is an Bollywood actress and producer. She is a top-paid actresses and has won numerous accolades for her acting. In addition, she is an ambassador for several brands and is the owner of her own line of clothing that is marketed to women, known as Nush. She has also made her appearance in Forbes Magazine. Anushka Sharma's parents include Kumar Sharma and Ashima Sharma. Anushka was the daughter of a colonel who retired. The mother of the child is also a housewife. In her screen test she was not willing to take the test in a hurry and instead spent the day off to practice. She was later contracted to do three movies as part of the Yash Raj Films label. In one of them, she was the young, middle-aged bride man (the character Shah Rukh Khan was playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka was seen with Shahid Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Vir Das, and Meiyang Chang in the 2010 movie "Badmash Company". The film received mixed reviews. That same year Anushka Sharma appeared in the film 'Band Baaja Baaraat' with Ranveer Singh, in which she played the role of a middle-class Punjabi girl who starts her own business of wedding planning. The movie received a great reception and was a huge success. Anushka's contract for three films at Yash Raj Films ended with the release of Band Baaja Baaraat.
